does that monstrosity have real strings or rubbery synthastrings? that you just put your fingers on in the right places? if it has real strings how well does the polyphonic bit work? i always found with the midi guitar that as soon as you even thought about using a second string it wouldnt know what note was meant to be played and would make rumbly farty noises.

did you really get one?

That is a disgusting looking thing...is that a photo of the actual prototype, or are they mass producing them looking all ugly like that.

Some designers have no imagination...I can imagine that design review...

"OK so we need like a MIDI guitar, right..."
"OK lets just make it look like a 'real' guitar even though we're not constrained by the shape at all...and also make it look like the crappiest 'real' guitar ever"


In saying that, a MIDI guitar would be handy, but not one quite as ugly.
