...well we need a 'dep' because our regular guy is proving too popular with too many other bands, so rather than become involved in a bidding war, we've decided to look for a 'number 2' so to speak... 
We're looking for experienced, dedicated, skillful, mature, laid back, non-alcohol / chemical dependent, own gear and transport preferred. A liking for / understanding of this kind of music is, obviously, essential. Ability to swing, rock, hit hard and play 'cut-time'...
Ongoing recording (fourth studio album in progress) and forthcoming international work for suitable candidate.
