From the same Deltasonic stable that brought you The Zutons and The Coral, THE LONGCUT make their Irish debut with a Cork show this Friday 8th April.
Just back after a show-storming show at South by Southwest in Texas.
The Longcut's debut EP "Transition" was released in November to rave reviews, spending 2 months in the MTV2/NME Top 10 Chart.
The video for Transition opens things up by gleefully announcing to their assembled houseguests that they're on film. The Longcut then commence a house party in the classic student style; girls crying on the stairs, shoes used for ashtrays, sex simulated with Star Wars toys. You know the drill! Good song too!
The band kicked off 2005 with a stunning appearance at Love From Manchester Tsumani event alongside Badly Drawn Boy, Elbow & I Am Kloot.
