I had yesterday's stew for lunch today. Beautiful. Same again tomorrow, then I'm done. It's become a favourite recipe of mine, got it from the book Delicious: 5 of the Best.
It's a chorizo and bean stew and I've added to it as I've gone along (this is the 6th or 7th time I've made it over the last 18 months).
Not very summery eating.
