The only thing I know of that kinda fits into the genre is the comic Avigon. I was really skeptical about it before I read it because it looks like "just another goth comic" but I actually really like it. It's about really lifelike Clockworks and their crazy, egomaniacal makers. 'Tis a bit Bladerunnery but with clockwork.
