Wheres the best place to find cheap cds online?

I'm fed up with downloads..and I got rid of my music collection but want to start a new one.Naturally I'll be hitting the charity shops.

A friend recently sent me a Nina Hagen CD she got on Amazon for 99c..thats the kinda price I like.

Just want to get a couple of classics in my letterbox each week and listen to them non stop typa thing.

Is there someplace that sells cds mad cheap?

I'm looking..wheres the cd section on there?

Edit..found it!

3 million results.Sweet

Are there any of them Deals shops near you? They do Secondhand CDs for €1.49. For the most part Its like a graveyard for pop star careers. Sometimes you find the odd good thing (subjective) Mainly from the 90's.I've gotten a few forgotten brit pop albums in there.
The bluetones, Marion, Mansun, the audience.....

Never heard of Deals no.

This Amazon lark looks perfect..gonna have a wee browse

Ooh.Whats the story morning glory 37p.

I promised myself I'd listen to that now that the hullabaloo has died down

You'll see Zoverstocks selling a lot of stuff for the lowest price possible. They have some program that ensures there are the lowest. All the other sellers hate them. In fairness to zoverstocks when the say "condition very good" they pretty much always are. I read the probably use some kind of CD polisher.

Yeah..I might hold out for that one in the charity shop.

I do want to hear it though.I refused to acknowldege them up til recently

Mostly I wanna check out the production

Oh no.

I just searched for the Soft Machine..and..theres a copy of one of their lps on sale..same edition as I had..for $500.

Can't be right

there used to be a site back in the 90s that would give you a £10 voucher when you registered - so i signed up with loads of hotmail addresses and got a bunch of free CDs

they cottoned on eventually

I remember back in college when the lads that went to America on J1s they always came back with stacks of CDs. If you signed up for some magazine subscription you got 10 free CDs so they signed up with different peoples names and whatever the address of the kip they were staying in.

I'm sure the magazine crowd must have cottoned on eventually too.

Tip for ordering off Zoverstocks [or any Amazon Marketplace merchant] if using Visa Debit.
If the seller has say six CDs that you want.
Don't order them individually.
Instead add all six to your basket and then checkout.
You're still charged £1.82 x 6 as postage.
But only one Visa Debt charge as it's one transaction.
Instead of six Visa Debit charges on six separate transactions.

There's loads of cheap CDs around. And particularly if the title has been remastered [i.e. compressed to hell]. You'll find plenty decent QUIET 1980s/early 1990s pressings for pence.

Picked up 7 cds this week in the chazza

Best of u2+b sides 80-90
Elvis double of love songs
Elbow
Declan O Rourke
Weezer.
Best of Thin Lizzy

AND OASIS..whats the story..!
Listening to it now...I know all the songs on it!

I honestly don't care for the big stadium rock production ..but I am enjoying it.
