Female screamer and lyricist wanted for Galway based hardcore punk band. Looking for a confident and “in your face” type who can scream and shout. Band is just starting out but most of the stuff will be short, fast and simple. Jam once a weekish. No rock stars etc. DIY and all that. 18+

Maybe they already have a male vocalist and they want dual vocals ala Jobbykrust.

why female vocals?why not! If you listen the likes of Clodagh from Easpa Measa, Ciara from Divisions Ruin and Liadain Drainland, harsh female vocals over fast hardcore just seem that little bit angrier than the standard grunting bloke approach.
