Richter Collective is glad to announce the return of Marvin's Revolt as they embarack on their second Irish tour , their most recent release Killec was released through Independent Irish Label Popular Records .

They are a three-piece out of Copenhagen, Denmark making angular and catchy tunes. Touched by sounds from the present and the past, but forging their own path, regardless of scenes or trends. The songs appear as intense, challenging and melodic structures, with disregard for songwriting rules.

We Are Knives

We are knives are one of the best bands to be within the Irish Independent music scene at the moment and are currently making their long awaited debut album to be released on the Richter Collective this Summer .

"Shifting time signatures, finger tapping, guitar loops and pounding drum kit, these guys get better with each show. Perhaps the best band from these shores? That wouldnt be an exaggeration. They're ability to play is only matched by their willingness to play" - Skinny Wolves Promotions

Blakfish

blakfish.jpg

"Blakfish are an intelligent and original combination of the heavy bass riffs of Mastodon, haunting melodies of The Mars Volta, intense vocalls of An Albatross, and most interestingly these inspirations are all layered upon a base of what is clearly indie inspired guitar rock. It works. It really works. Add to this fact that this young band has a great stage presence and this is a band to watch."
Lastfm blog
"The tightness of Blakfish's eccentric high-energy offbeat stop-start hardcore is an intoxicating blend of elemental forces, with reggae breakdowns and hip hop interludes lightening the mood amidst scalding, paint stripping riot rock topped by alternately melodic and throat-ripping raging vocals. For fans of Converge, Spy vs. Spy, Mogwai, Fugazi and At the Drive In, this is the sound of intelligent intensity with serious musicianship and a unique party vibe, so cheer up kids, Blakfish are here... life's not so bad!"

Enemies

Enemies started a few years back as a solo project by guitarist Eoin Whitfield called "New Man Eoin". In the summer of 2007 he got three other musicians; Lewis Jackson (Guitar), Oisín McMahon Trench (Drums) and Mark O’ Brien (Bass). They became "enemies" and play relaxing, hypnotic (yet large at parts) music together. They have releasing theyre debut EP "Alpha Waves" and its available here .
