ribs. whats the best recipe (1 Viewer)

ok. im making ribs in the oven tomorrow. anyone ever do this? whats the best sauce to put on them? I always just use bbq sauce... but i wanted to do something different. anyone ever tried something like lime, ginger and brown sugar (with the bbq sauce)... i also have thai sauce.... any suggestions.. i have like ever spice known to mankind (pretty much).... just wanted something not so boring (because im cooking for a food snob and im nervous that it will suck)..

I love boiled ribs. with salt. Spuds and Turnips on the side. Both mashed. None of your fancy BBQ sauce or that.
