Print Locked PDF file (1 Viewer)

I have a pdf file here, manual for a camera, it's print locked, anyone know any way around this? Need to get it printed off in the next hour and a half.

i take it that means you cant print it...

Nah, it's a good few pages long. Would take hours.

What i mean by print locked is that the print button is shaded, as well as the print option in the menu. The file name is D50_en_noprint so i'm guessing it's something Nikon set themselves, just wondering if it's possible to open it in a different viewer that would override the pdf settings or somehow copy the contents to a doc file or something?

You can get cracks for acrobat that will unlock it, cant search now because i am in work but just google for "pdf print lock crack"

save it as a jpeg and then open it up in any old viewer and print it from there.
