Smallish room upstairs in 5 bedroom house in drumcondra available from end of January. 240 a month + bills (obviously). Sharing with 2 ladies and three gentlemen, early 20s. You need to be a tidy person who isn't on their first-house-away-from-home party buzz cause some of us work, and one of us occasionally studies.
...otherwise easy going.
