Yup. Stone Roses type thing. First album was Feb 2003.

3 1/2 years to write it; 1 year to rehearse, record, mix, master and press it.

Thanks JB - Donal from Tycho Brahe did the cover (and did a smashing job too). It's a sketch by rembrandt on a background of Robin's Egg Blue (the same colour as the jewellery boxes from Tiffany's).

I remember that lunch. Every time I asked you a question you just pointed your thumb to your agent who was sitting beside you and who kept saying 'I'm just going to have to bounce this off the guys at HQ'.
