Story all,
Doing a bit of a clearout of gear:
Mint Akai MPC1000 sampler/sequencer -lovely sounding machine, a million times more fun than the computer for doing drums. They just put out a new operating system with loads of features, like LFOs and delays and timstretching, which makes it more of a synth than it used to be too. You see everyone using these live -recently saw Jamie Lidell, Cut Copy, Hot Chip, loads of other electronic dudes with them. They are v. reliable and sound much better than software. This one comes with 128 mb of ram, a nylon carrying bag (with a bit of a stupid design on the front actually, but there you go), the manual and the box.
Lots more info here: http://www.mpc-forums.com/viewforum.php?f=15
Looking for 750 but will consider offers if that is too steep.

Nord micro modular -little baby synth that you hook up to your computer by midi and program all sorts of sounds on. See http://www.clavia.se/nordmodular/ for more info. I like it as a synth, and it also does nasty electro drums (amazing deep 808 kicks and snappy snares). The vocoder is brilliant too, a lot better than the microkorg one or the alesis ones. It has a nice bitcrusher effect too, and a deep phaser. Lots of reviews here:

I don't have the power adapter for this, but it is just a 9v adaptor that you can get in any hardware shop (mine has been sharing with my bass station). I do have the box and manual though. 275 euro (obo)

Korg microkontrol -little midi keyboard with knobs and sliders

Great controller, it is really good for soft synths but you can use it for hardware too (I use it with my sequential circuits sixtrak and it opens it up no end). All of the knobs and buttons and pads are programmable, and the little screens on top of each are really handy -you don't have to look at the computer too much. 225 euro

If you fancy any of them, call Conor on 087 683 5488.
