I have a room in Glasnevin on Stella Avenue. I'm moving out as soon as I can to go live with the girlfriend.

It's a nice part of the world and a nice house and very handy for the city.

Stella Ave is a small diagonal road (20 houses) between Home Farm Road and Griffith Ave, off Mobhi Road and on the other side a road called Rathlin Road.

Double room for one person available in clean, quiet house.

It's around the corner from the following bus routes: 11,11A,19A and 4.

Short walk to Drumcondra and Phibsboro.

Parking, Central Heating,Cable Television, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, large private back garden.

It's nice and cheap.

I pay 325e per month for a large room.
