Hi there,
I´m actually working on a report about Dublin´s (underground) scene. What are the best/most common locations for concerts (especially punk/hardcore/metal-scene) in and around Dublin? What about record-stores? I hope someone can help me out with some names and descriptions. Thanx, LQ

Shops:

Indie: Road Records, Fade st
Metal: Sound Cellar, Nassau St
Punk: The Secret Book & Record Store aka The Record Store aka Meros, Wicklow St.

Currently there's a lot happening in The Music Room, which is located on Lower Abbey St, Dublin 1, above a pub called The Firestone.
There's also The Temple, which is on Dorset St, Dublin 1.
