I recently bought one of these Jackson guitars. Its a great guitar other than the fact that there is a mad buzzing of the low E and the A strings. Originally I thought it was something to do with me tuning it to drop C and not fixing the bridge for this. But even in standard tuning the buzzing is as bad. Anyone know what this might be?

sounds like it could be any of the following.......

The action on your neck is slightly out,
Your using heavier gauge strings than it was originally set up,
It's a horrible guitar !ninjaaaa

adjust your action. My strat buzzes like mad, got it set up professionally and it still buzzes a bit so unless it's really bad I wouldn't worry too much.

Floating bridge and locking headnut?

Not trying to patronise you but did you make sure bolts were tight at the headnut?

Its a double locking system and yeh bolts are all tight. I'm sure its nothing major but I'm not the greatest at knowing how to fix these things. Might bring it to a guitar shop on my week off and get it seen to properly.
