I try to keep a diet coke bottle topped off with vodka in the cistern of the ladies rest rooms here in work, I find a good bolt off that bastard of a morning generally keeps me on the straight and narrow till lunctime pints.

This maybe rubbish, and I can't remember where it comes from, but boiled Sprite, drunk hot, with loads of sugar and some salt.

I don't know if you're supposed to drink it yourself or whether the fun of watching someone else drink it gets rid of the hangover.

I just remebered that the wee stubby bottles of fizzy orange flavoured Lucozade Sport are quite good.
