Could soebody please post links or some information about the big fests happeining in europ this summer (specifically june and July).
I know about k-town but aside from that.
What about Thrash fest in holland and wasn't there one on in Stuttgart too.

BRIXTON SCUMFEST

16-18 June 2006 [SIZE=-1]- A weekend of benefit gigs, DIY workshops, pirate parties & a picnic.[/SIZE][SIZE=-1]Friday 16th June: Workshops- in the late afternoon/ early eve: venue tbc. Benefit Gig- 8.30pm-midnight with APOCALYPSTIX (ex-Lost World, Bremen Germany) + THE RESTARTS (London) + AIRBOMB (Romford) + P.A.W.N.S. (U.S.) + DEATH FROM ABOVE (Gianluca from GIVE UP ALL HOPE's other band) A benefit for campaigns against sexism and sexual abuse in the UK @ the Grosvenor, £5door for duration of gig (no late night blaggers).Saturday 17th: tbc: Workshops for anyone without a hang-over. Pirate Punx Picnic- 2-7pm, location tbc. Benefit Gig- 8.30-midnight with LA FRACTION (France) + GHURKA (Bristol) + WHOLE IN THE HEAD (ex-Haywire, Southampton fast, heavy, short, shouty thrash) + FILTHPACT (Total Crust Violence from Aberdeen) + tbc. A benefit for the Lecca Anarchists and campaigns against detention centres for Asylum Seekers and "illegal" immigrants @ the Grosvenor, £5door for duration of gig.Sunday 18th: Benefit Gig- 2-9pm with FLEAS & LICE (Holland) + KARNYX (ex-Amebix/ Iowaska) + POUNDAFLESH (Derby) + DEKOTOLENGO (London via Spain) + tbc. A benefit for Jack Control, lead singer of Severed Head of State and World Burns to Death, who was near-fatally stabbed and has a $80,000 hospital bill @ the Grosvenor.
