The first release on this label became a collector’s item in practically no time, and being another very limited pressing, this is likely to follow suit. Killer electro 12”.

Silicon Scally - Process Remixes (Cultivated Electronics) 8.99
A1. Process - Sync 24 remix
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/ce007/a1.mp3
B1. Process – Morphology remix
http://previews.rubadub.co.uk/ce007/b1.mp3
Cultivated Electronics is proud to present its 5th release of the year with a remix EP of Electro legend Carl A Finlow AKA Silicon Scally. The track “Process” was originally featured Cultivated Electronics EP 004 and is now re-worked by label head Sync 24 and Electro’s flavour of the moment, Finish duo Morphology. Sync 24 opens up the EP with a dark techy interpretation of the original track. Chopped up voices, quirky analogue bass lines and spooky atmospheres rolling along at 135 bpm are the order of the day. Hot on the heels of two storming EPs on Abstract Forms and an impending long player on Zyntax Motor City, Morphology (AKA CRC) turn in an analogue machine funk remix combining dark and trippy tones with subtle melodies, sharp beats and tight sequences. Limited to 200 copies worldwide!

Aus Music returns with the much anticipated Ramadanman and Appleblim single "Void 23", which comes complete with a re-edit from one of the cornerstones of electronic music - Carl Craig. The original track further fuses the production sensibilities of dubstep with the sounds and vibes of techno to devastating effect. Carl Craig delivers more than just a re-edit, changing the rhythm structure of the original to enable it to work in peak time house and techno settings. Erol Alkan recently declared that the Carl Craig edit “just blew my mind” after hearing Ramadanman drop it at a recent gig.
