dixons/currys/pc world are selling a netopia wireless router for 25 snots.

idea is that it's subsidised by eircom, and they're meant to try and sign you up to an eircom broadband package in the shop, but they don't. modem is worth 120 or something.

Fairly decent. I have mine broadcasting from an extension at the side of the house and I use it upstairs in my bedroom with full strenght

i went into dixons today and asked them could i buy it but yer man told me i had to sign up to the eircom package.
which dixons/currys did you go to dudley?

it seems most staff won't ask about it, so could be worth trying again with a different person
