About six months old, in perfect condition, comes in little cloth pouch (which is a bit grubby but has done a good job protecting the player) and a cable to connect to pc (it does not work with mac) and Creative in ear headphones that came with it.
With or without 50gigs of music

No charger, it charges via the usb cable.
