nah, for international gigs I always go to Paris, works out cheaper (well, in my head) cause the French franc used to be at a fixed rate & now that we have euro, there's neglible difference.

ah I see. London is a great city though, so much to do. Stan is from London so we go pretty regularly to see his folks, but I always went several times a year anyway. I loves it, deadly shopping too.
