The "Pole with Soul" (to quote Besty!) returns for a second appearance at the Boom Boom Room tonite.
Bronek Szalanski will be showcasing all original material tonite in the rock solid company of uber drummer Sean Carpio and organist Justin Carroll. If you have not seen any of the above musicias in full flight, nows the time!
Szalanski came to Ireland last year from Poland to study Jazz at Newpark Music School and brought with him a fresh persective on the idiom. Expect soaring sax melodies and free composition, all held together by the rhythmic grooves of organ and drum.
Well worth a look.
