i found out today, while it was actually happening, that the all ireland hurling final was on. it's fucking july, is this allowed?

I was wondering about this myself. First there's the rugby business that I completely missed, and then there's the gaa.

Shur would they not be getting the turf in?

yeah bad bad idea. like UTM does not miss one game so i knew it was on, but the tradition of the winners going about schools to encourage kids and stuff will be lost and nobody will give a fuck come september.
