I rewatch P&R almost annually at this stage. It never fails to cheer me up.

I haven't finished the final season yet, but despite having episodes where I'm like meeeeh, I keep coming back. When its good, it can be REALLY good.

I personally much prefer Frankenstein, but both are fabulous.

Yeah this is it, you have to push through the first few episodes where you kind of just hate them all. Also, it not being one of those laugh out loud shows, they always take a bit longer for me. But it was really worth it if, like me, you like your comedy really hearty.

Agreed, best thing I've watched this year. Kaitlyn Denver's performance was incredible. So hard to watch, I cried like a baby several times.

I couldn't get over how long the episode I watched was, it could easily have been covered in 45 minutes but it was like 2 hours + long? But I think that very slowness and humour was part of why I actually enjoyed it so much, its so different to the kind of crime tv we have now.
