Not Peckinpah's best movie by any stretch but still a fun watch. Caan and Duvall are great to watch and are given some excellent lines. Its cool to see Burt Young beat up some ninjas too.

The character was definitely played with room for a little sympathy - also they really didn't goto into the horrific details of his crimes which would have made him out to be more of a monster.
