Is Reads the cheapest/best place for this? I think they charge 95c per A3 page but I've no idea if that's a good rate or not. Anyone have any advice?

What if you have NTL broadband? Are you okay then? And can they really monitor material being downloaded from sites like Rapidshare, Mediafire, etc.? I mean, how do they know what's in the file you download?
