Honestly I wish more people would feel like this. The amount of outright dangerous driving I see daily is frightening.

this has somehow gotten into the news this morning, but has been in planning for months. and they confirmed a few months ago that a driver would still need to call into the station to submit a statement, which kinda removes the convenience of an online submission. from september...

    Facebook AI Opt Out

‘Privacy and GDPR rights’ is all I said and it returned a confirmation pretty instantly that my request would be applied ‘going forward’. So then I deleted my account going backwards (which I thought I’d done years ago, til I got their AI email.)

    BREXIT

A few small things were sent to me by UK senders who never filled in any customs forms and I was never asked to pay anything and the things arrived quickly. Minor Pleasures

There's a gaff here that no one lives on, but recently some dude has been hanging around it. I'm sure it's fine and it's none of my business. He rocked in just now dressed head to toe in pink, breezed past me like I wasn't there and he owned the place. A short while later I gestured a hello...

I was wrong - so backed up and looked again - dug out the starter motor and it was questionable enough but working without having a load on it - spun it up unloaded for a bit and then refitted it and for the first time the car actually attempted turning over - that starter motor is collapsing...

    BREXIT

I ordered a t-shirt from The Wedding Present a month ago. They emailed me to say it had been sent back to them by customs. They said this happens a lot with Irish orders and they are considering not shipping to here. Very nice of them they said they'll be in Ireland in July and can post it to...
