First two PTV albums: interesting but flawed, great ideas but not necessarily well executed all the way through.
All other PTV: GPO having a wank.

Stumbled onto that yesterday completely by chance I have a few lps tucked away somewhere but its a very long time scince I listened to them. The interesting thing is maybe the stuff PTV was drawing influence from like W. Burroughs, B. Gysin, A O Spare, C. Manson J. Jones etc. They seemed to be really obsessed by very weird and controversial figures.
