Season of the Witch out this Friday.

Season of the Witch is pretty terrible, but it's the kind of terrible I like.

No major mega-acting from the Cage (although he does look ridiculous. And he does the whacking arrows out of the air with his sword thing, which only ever seems vaguely plausible in martial arts films), but Ron Perlman headbutts a guy wearing a steel helmet* (the headbuttee has the helmet, not Ron P) and

he also headbutts a demon. Also, it turns out the whole film is about a demon who's too damn lazy to walk for a few days.

Also, Al Capone from Boardwalk Empire is in it, sounding exactly like Al Capone from Boardwalk Empire, and the man is actually from Liverpool.

The dialogue is pretty awful as well, as is the CGI.

*This is not terrible. This is amazing. Every film should have Ron Perlman headbutting someone or something.
