Jon Lovitz, he did The Critic and a few other voices in The Simpsons as well.

Would I be right in thinking that The End on a Friday was hosted by Sean Moncreif and Saturday was Barry Murphy??? I'll always be greatful to whoever did the Friday night show as it was my introduction to Twin Peaks and from that all things Lynchian.
