Temples Festival is an independent music festival that takes place in Bristol in May 2015. Hosted at Bristol’s famed venue, Motion - a series of old Victorian warehouses now converted into a skate-park and unique music rooms. Set within the heart of Bristol’s industrial 'Temple Quarter', Temples is set to bolster and further contribute to the city’s world-renowned history of musical, artistic and cultural diversity.
As a festival, the agenda is simply to bring a well programmed, diverse, heavy music event to the South West of England, covering a broad range of genres within the heavy music spectrum. Featuring both international and domestic artists, the organisers strive to curate a festival unlike any other in the history of the UK's thriving alternative music scene.
Following their sold-out inaugural edition in 2014, which featured the likes of NEUROSIS, CLUTCH, ELECTRIC WIZARD, DOOMRIDERS, REPULSION, BRUTAL TRUTH & many more, with over 75 artists, multiple stages, local food and drink vendors, and a number of interactive attractions - Temples Festival 2015 will mark the continuation of an annual event which we hope will attract music lovers from all walks of life to Bristol for one weekend every year.

Francis Mace, Director & Promoter of Temples Festival comments...“following the success of this years event it’s an absolute pleasure to announce a taster of what’s on offer at Temples Festival 2015. The overall reception, enthusiasm & positive feedback from the inaugural edition of Temples Festival was completely overwhelming and with only 18 bands announced thus far its great to see such a strong response to our first 2015 announcement. Our agenda has always been to programme a diverse, high-quality, well organised music festival for fans of underground heavy music - I’m pleased to say we’re firmly on course to achieve that again in our second year. We’re expecting you…….”
over 55 acts still to be announced...
