After a bit of a lull on the buying front, today i got this lot -

Eno/Hopkins/Abrahams - small craft on a milk sea cd

How bad is it?

Put it this way, I love pretty much everything he has done and I find it a struggle. The orchestral versions are saccharine and overloaded (and not in a guitar heavy feedback kind of way), the lyrics are some of his worst and the only song that is even remotely good is presented in the worst possible way ("Who's Gonna Stand Up?" full electric with Crazy Horse is a b-side on the current single). The solo acoustic versions are OK at best but overall it's a swing and a miss.
