Angle witch (the best sing-a-long)

Lowlights: the heat in the bat cave
the crowd(to many) at WITTR
Neurosis(i knew they'd be shit but had to go and confirm my suspicions)

In between bits
Skullflower(it was like 5 monkeys buffing my brain which i haven't decided it that was a good/bad thing)

Low lights- agreed re: crowding for wittr

Om and Zeni geva clashing



In between bits- guapo-I enjoyed them, but probably more so if I wasn't as tired, or after seeing Neurosis.
Eugene Robinson- humerus story, and a tune with Black sun, but it was over, over 20minuets early.

My Roadburn Review

Highlights

...the first 15 minutes of Wolves in the Throneroom, got awfully boring after a while.

...the bit I remember of Motorpsycho, was well out of it!

...White Hills were the best band on Friday...I think!?

...enjoyed Negura Bunget, mad shint altogether.

...Mono, the bass player blew my mind! And yes I have a thing for Japanese ladies.

...The Atomic Bitchwax were either amazing or I was so bucklefukked I thought they were...fairly sure they were good though.

...the Church of Misery frontman was worth the price of admission alone. Amazing stuff and definitely the surprise of the night/fest for me.

...Grey Daturas were the loudest thing ever!

...enjoyed Om way more than expected even if the new drummer acted like an arse on stage.

Mehlights

...felt a little let down by Amon Duul II, or maybe I just didn't "get it". First bit of the set was good but I got bored fairly quick.

...Zeni Geva had me in stitches for the bit I saw them. Not my thing but the drummers singing...priceless!

Lowlights

...Orange Goblin were fukkin cak! Could they not just have got Down to play again?

...how do a band as shit as Black Sun get to play Roadburn!?

...this one is contraversial, didn't like St. Vitus so me and Tob blemed and boozed up outside.

Kings of Roadburn - Myself and Tob apparently...according to Damo.

Quote of the trip - "how the fukk should I know!? I work in a bong shop!"

All in all, I'd another deadly buzz at Roadburn. Sound heads, sound buzz equals good times!!
