Watched this one tonight. Fucking deadly film. One of the best sci fi flicks in recent years. Ridiculously entertaining.
One of the best sci fi flicks of recent times

And a worthy revisit to the POTA

Jazes..remember that shit one from a decade or more ago?

I went to see that shit in the cinema..man I left there fairly underwhelmed

Fairly underwhelmed ? I had to use all my self control not to shit in my hand and throw it at the screen.

Rise Of The Planet Of THe Apes is a fucking masterpiece.

I'm gonna watch it again.

But first..BENEATH!

I love those crazy atom bomb loving skullcap freaks

Few joints..lets go

Also..Roddy McDowell is one of my favourite actors.

And you've seen rise Of The Planet Of The Apes right ?

No, as I said, the trailers for the new ones looked terrible. Given that I didn't like the originals, I figured it would be do not entry for the reboot/remake as these things rarely improve on the original. Plus there's certain bits of sci fi that have to be done right and obviously given my day job, a complete butchering of how brains and evolution work is just a no go for me.

This yoke seems to be getting rave reviews. Between Mud, the Goldfinch and now this there's a huge amount of male coming of age works getting the thinking-persons internet all worked up these days.

lucky he grew up pretty, things could have gotten awkward
A rigorous screening of his parents and grandparents was probably involved.

I always wish people would incorporate things like a yawn spread out over 6 months into those videos.
