Yeah, but I really want them to call it 'Sodomy in Reverse'. Or 'Shitting Pricks'. Or something to do with the fact that a man ate and digested his own penis. Actually, it sounds as if he didn't have time to digest it before he was 'finished off' in a different way, but still....
