All hype or all right?

They're not the greatest band of all time, or even of October 2007, but they make some nice sounds and I seem to be playing their MySpace tracks more than most things at the moment.

Ha! Really? Maybe they caught me in a good mood. Theres also the fact that they followed The Only Ones. Poor ol Peter Perrett's voice was shot to bits, and he looks likes he weighs about 6 stone...

I also thought they were shit on Jools Holland. A identikit mish-mash of loads of other rubbish indie bands.

The show in general was weak, but it's handy it's on a tuesday, cos I was always out carousing on a Friday.

Had a listen. Ssss'not too bad. The twelves remix of boyfriend is kind a funky, some cool synth in it...the start sounds a bit like barbie girl though or maybe out of touch by Hall & Oates. Hurricaine Jane's not a bad tune. Like bright eyes mixed with early prince.
