fining a beggar 200 G's...smart move

think you guys read me wrong their, I spend a good few years sparin for change and being pretty crusty, I have nothing wrong with people sparin for change or buskin, i give the odd buck now and then if i can.
i do have a problem with the organised beggin that happens here, and no fuckin kid/baby should grow up on the streets. i think it fuckin disgusting fuckin people beggin on the street with young children.
i also have a problem with cunts comin up you ya when your at a bank machine tryin to take money out, i can hold my own but ive seen them do it to old ladys and younge girls who get pretty scared.
FUCK THAT.
I have no problem with junkies if you wanna fuckin kill yourself go a head. ive lost loads of very close freinds to junk and crack over the years. so your not gettin a cent off me. i know a few homeless guys in dublin that just like to drink and i give them a buck or two when i see them if i have it.
I think the organised beggin that happens here has to be stoped and especally the agressive cunts that try to distract you at bank machines or shove a cup in your face well holdin a baby in the other arm, when your tryin to have a smoke or a pint outside a pub is wrong.
the lads who sit back are are polite or funny, fuck ya no probs there that was me ten years ago.

I don't really know what to make of this. I always took the beggars at the ATM as punishment for me having money in my bank when I should be off saving the world. Now I feel even more guilty becuase I know I have the police on my side while I lord my riches over the homeless.

So much guilt.
