Adding venue to even guide problem (1 Viewer)

When I try to add a venue to the event quide the venue isn't in the drop-down list when I'm returned to the event page. I noticed that instead of my username on the right, there are empty username/password boxes when I'm trying to add the venue... I tried loggin in with those boxes, but they're still empty and I can't add the venue.

Sorry if this doesn't make much sense.
