Get up when baby gets up. Kick dog. Feed baby,change baby. Eat. Bottle for baby; park bottled baby in front of barney while i get quick coffee and fag into me out the back, back inside,do washing up, play with baby, teach baby offensive finger gestures, race baby upstairs, put baby down for nap; downstairs, coffee, fag, mails, phone calls and internet, maybe lunch. Cleaning. Retrieve roaring baby from cot; Feed, bottle and change. Pack bag, grab baby,buggy and dog and head out to walk my bitches and/or buy supplies/ look at expo's /swan around. Back at 5, baby in chair, loud music on, make dinner. Missus gets in, eat dinner, feed and change baby, high-five missus. Into the studio for 6,look at work and chain smoke for 45 mins to an hour, work till 11-12/later if the missus aint round; then downstairs for CSI, smoke fags, run dog round outside, bed, read, fight/fuck.

It was'nt always like this.
