"My back is jiggered this morning. Jiggered, so it is."

Can anyone recommend a good, reasonably priced office chair that offers good back support?

I'm thinking I would shell out a couple of hundred at least, if it meant it would help make the pain go away

Keep an eye on adverts if you want one, they show up fairly regularly. Those models have a flaw where the back comes away from the frame - the fella who sold me mine had done a 3rd-rate repair to cover it up just long enough to sell it. I've since done a 2nd-rate repair on it myself, which only half worked

Slightly unrelated but Kelly starrett (book and YouTube) has some good daily mobility and postural correction exercises that can help
Thanks. I started doing stretching excercises based on Tom Morrison's videos and it has made a massive difference. Must look into Kelly Starrett.
