Well, since our last missive SO MUCH has happened. We aurally thrashed the bar in Hogans with an eclectic and weird dj set to an ever diminishing crowd, played as the twilight went all salmon belly pink on us to the queue for the beer at the DEAF fundraiser, and filled a Dan Deacon sized hole on the Cosby Stage down in Stradbally on Electric Picnics wet and muddy ultimate day, with much aplomb. So busy we have been that it seems the inevitable pay off for such endeavour should be a gig this Saturday in Crawdaddy of Harcourt street, and so, we have made it thus.
Not only shall we be playing Crawdaddy for some of the evening, we’ll be following that up with an (eclectic and weird, no doubt) dj set upstairs somewhere. And to add spice to this falafel of a night, the ever marvelous Laura Sheeran is providing the support. All this malarkey for a mere ten euro lids? Well, it’s a recession, right? A recession in all but song duration. You’ll see. Or hear. Depending on the state of your synesthesia.
