Rusted Rail
is proud to announce the release of “Dominican Black Abbey” by Irish avant-folk project The Driftwood Manor.

For this six-track extended player The Driftwood Manor (based around lynchpin Eddie Keenan) have crafted their own brand of warm and earthy music which weaves strands of apocalyptic appalachia, psychedelic folk, Irish trad and a hint of doom metal into a rich sonic tapestry. Recorded in Galway from winter 2010 till summer 2012, Keenan worked with a number of long-time collaborators including co-producer Keith Wallace to create an EP which features fiddle player Neil Fitzgibbon, vocalist Annemarie Deacy (Mirakil Whip) and guitarist Bryan Higgins (Rites) making their marks on the recordings.

This 3″ EP is housed in a hand-assembled and hand-stamped card sleeve. The EP will be available to mail order from Rusted Rail and from select independent music retailers including Wingnut Records at Bell, Book & Candle.
