Dublin Fringe: Life Has Surface Noise #2 – Project Arts Centre, September 15th

Our own Siobhán Kane will be joined by Kevin Barry, John Kelly and more for Life Has Surface Noise #2, talking their favourite records at the Project Arts Centre on Monday September 15th

Think of some of your favourite records and how they have accompanied you as loyal companions, like Sancho Panza to Don Quixote… Following on from last year’s sell out event, arts journalist and academic Siobhán Kane returns with another instalment, exploring our obsession with music and why some records remain dear to us throughout our lives. Joining Siobhán to talk about some of their own favourite records will be award-winning broadcaster and writer John Kelly, music enthusiasts Peter Toomey and Daragh O’Halloran, award-winning writer Kevin Barry and some surprise guests.

As a bonus, the Young Hearts crew will be DJing in the Project bar afterwards. And ticket proceeds will go to the Simon Community – textbook definition of a good cause.
