So is it just a matter of diet and exercise to get everything back in order, or a lifetime of medication?

Well so much for the getting healthy option

I was having dizzy spells and heart palpitations. Pretty scary thing in the middle of the night.

I rang the doc and went through the symptoms and I start medication today. Doc didn't seem too alarmed which is reassuring. It's a common pill and I'm on a low dose. I should still exercise but have to watch the heart rate, so the Couch to 5 K thing I was trying to do is probably not the best for me. I should also cut down on the booze and aim to lose that weight that I failed to do since January.

So I guess this it, the beginning of the end.

on Sunday I only ate food I like -

Oatmeal
Chick Peas
Kidney Beans
Bread
3 small Apples
7 Grapes
700 ml Rice Dream
1.2 Litres Water

apart from the beans, none that horrible cooked food stuff and no veg.
Yum.
 
Wisdom tooth flaring up again. I wonder if its finally time to get it out.
It's the bugger on the right. Pushing up through the gum. I got antibiotics and pain killers and am told it might go away for a while.

I meant the "left" tooth, on the right of the picture, in case any of the orthodontists here are confused

@nuke terrorist How come you didn't count the numbers of the first 4 in that feast list? Your system is all off.
I was too lazy - but I can inform you that I ate the best part of a kilo of carbs that day.
and about a 500g of beans.

I ate much better yesterday (Tuesday):

6 slices white BREAD
220g Oatmeal w/ 10 g Flaxseed
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
400 g Chick Peas (cooked weight)
2 Pink Lady Apples
6 Grapes
2 Courgettes (about 250 g each)

7 litre pot of cooked MIXED VEG w/
Celery, Broccoli, Cabbage, Spinach, Carrots, Green Beans, Sprouts

250 ml Rice Dream
over 2 Litres Water

the cooked veg was about four and a bit kids plastic lunch boxes worth.
ideally i should have eaten only one (or no) APPLE and no bread.
plus should have eaten some raw celery and spinach
