I was having dizzy spells and heart palpitations. Pretty scary thing in the middle of the night.
I rang the doc and went through the symptoms and I start medication today. Doc didn't seem too alarmed which is reassuring. It's a common pill and I'm on a low dose. I should still exercise but have to watch the heart rate, so the Couch to 5 K thing I was trying to do is probably not the best for me. I should also cut down on the booze and aim to lose that weight that I failed to do since January.
So I guess this it, the beginning of the end.

apart from the beans, none that horrible cooked food stuff and no veg.
