Right, last week I checked out Queensryche..enjoyed the lp I listened to,fairly shite in retrospect..one great tune Nm152 or something it was called..tonight,I had a taste of Norways Enslaved..pretty damn good apart from the stupid fucking Gollum singer..and I'm about to torrent some Scorpions..anyway..I wanna hear the best of the best super quick and with zero effort...so..if you were on a desert island...and all you had were your cutoff denims and a SINGLE metal tune(any style)to sustain you indefinitely..what would it be?

(I've only ever listened to about 6 metal albums in my life)

Hard one. Slayer wouldn't be my favourite metal band, but South of Heaven is probably my favourite metal album:

I think Gaz should just watch this whole thing, then listen to the Saxon tune above. Getting to watch the Sabbath lads instrument playing in detail is very rewarding.

There's so many that would do the job. Black Sabbath/Motorhead are both pretty much impossible to choose from. Without going obscure.
Something from the first Def Leppard possibly
