well, I actually knew who Dua Lipa was but feigned ignorance and being a few years older than I am to keep the joke from the previous page going.
she does above average modern pop music that's of no interest to me.
I still hate yer woman Santa Vinny too.

how acceptable is popstars swearing nowadays? seems pretty normal.

I'd say more than half of thumped users are more talented than her in at least one way or another.
she sounds like an angry dumb person who has lost an argument but just won't shut the fuck up or fuck off.

I'm pretty sure I'd have the exact same opinion 10 or 20 years ago.

Ashes To Ashes (1984) is one of my favourite songs.
The guitarist / songwriter is now the singer in Alice in Chains.

You can't blame any folks for their age - you don't have a choice.


Nicki Minaj song Monster was OK actually. She had a feud with Lil Kim a one point who had a very similar persona in the 90's.
I have no real problem with these artists but there is way more interesting music out there.

EDIT: Minaj and St Vincent were both born in 1982. They're old farts.
