Clearly the Parnell St and Capel St restaurants are a draw.
The Polish bar that was on Parnell St seems to be under Chinese ownership now, but I don't think they're serious drinkers in the way we are.

that bar has gone through a few incarnations since being the polish bar. seems to be full of local characters; ie irish howyas.
