At the moment mines tobasco. Goes on everything. (even the corn on the cob I'm eating right now)

Balsamic comes in at a close second.

Although i do love brown sauce, despite it's limited uses.

Is teriyaki a condiment? Its great.

They're all condiments. ALL of em.

Re. Jerk sauce- don't think there's generally meat in it. I've used it in barbeques. Oh god. I want some spice now.

Oh OK, I've never seen it used to marinate anything other than meat. I'm a live-and-let live kinda guy when it comes to condiment use though, so, if you can use it to marinade mange-tout &c., then cool.
